 Welcome To Tidewater Utilities, Inc.

Tidewater Utilities, Inc., (Tidewater) established in 1964, supplies water on a retail basis to more than 30,000 customers in over 410 residential communities located throughout Delaware. Tidewater operates over 88 water plants and more than 175 wells - more than any other entity in the State.  Through its affiliated companies in Delaware, Tidewater also serves a wide range of water and wastewater services including consulting, contract operations, maintenance and bulk water supply.

Tidewater is the largest private supplier in Delaware south of the Chesapeake and Delaware Canal. In 2004, Tidewater also reinforced its growth in wastewater operations and services by establishing the subsidiary, Tidewater Environmental Services, Inc., and by expanding its contract operations to include about 40 water and wastewater treatment plants through its White Marsh Environmental Systems, Inc. subsidiary.
