A Welcome Message from the President
Tidewater
Utilities, Inc. strives to deliver quality drinking water to its
customers, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. We serve Delaware
customers, all of whom reside south of the
Chesapeake and Delaware Canal. Tidewater's source of supply is
solely groundwater, which has consistently
earned the Company high marks for taste and quality.
Tidewater and its affiliated Delaware
companies work to provide water and wastewater utility services to
all of Delaware, including the greatly expanding rural housing
communities in the southern parts of the State. Working with
developers, residential communities, and individual customers, our
approach is to establish facilities where and when needed, and to
prudently interconnect these state-of-art facilities for
reliability, cost-efficiency and security. Our capital and
operating programs emphasize customer service in all that we
do. Our employees are your neighbors, highly skilled and dedicated to providing superior service.
We invite you to explore our website
to learn about Tidewater and our affiliated companies, and the full
range of water, wastewater and related services we can provide to
residents, small system operators, developers and community
managers. Our website contains Customer Service information
for existing customers, as well as information about Certificates of
Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) and petition information for
prospective water and/or wastewater customers.
Tidewater's headquarters is centrally
located to our customer base in Dover, Delaware and our employees
stand ready to assist you with all your water and
wastewater needs. Should you have any questions as you browse
