Tidewater’s subsidiary, White Marsh Environmental Systems (WMES), has been in business for four years and already operates over 40 water and wastewater systems under contract, including manufactured home communities, housing subdivisions, stores and government buildings.  WMES currently has three certified operators who operate and maintain these systems and provide additional services to their clients (e.g., provide equipment upgrades to the systems).  Between TUI, TESI, and WMES, we employ over 2 dozen licensed water and wastewater operators with a combined total of over 350 years of experience.
